Should you not come out to see the Prairie Cadets on Saturday, please head over to Diverseworks for a their FUNdraiser, which has a pretty stellar lineup. On the bill are Wild Moccasins, former Houstonian Jana Hunter (whom I think will be performing a rare solo set), Brett Taylor’s sonic brainchild sIngs, one-man sonic army Jon Read as The Wiggins, and tunes spun by the excellent Brett Koshkin. Brett runs the Dirty Honey soul nights, which are full of tasty music.
