Need some shows to see in the near future? Check out this list of February’s shows from The Treaty Oak Collective. Brandon’s got some great stuff lined up, including a Co-Pilot appearance, and seven-inch release shows from American Sharks and Peloton.
Mark up that calendar and save those nights.

This ought to be a great show.
Tonight, tonight! Head out to Fitzgerald’s and swim in the murky, howling, fuzzed-out psychedelia that is a Black Angels show.
Poster (which I love) by Will Harrison.

And this is tonight. You should definitely go to this. Everyone playing is fantastic. They’re good people to boot.
This happens tomorrow, if you’re so inclined.
It’s also not too late to add this Colour Revolt show to your agenda with a stop at Fitzgerald’s on Saturday night. Featherface are some really talented kids, and The Cradle, Colour Revolt’s latest effort, is a rather fantastic record.
This poster’s a collection of Timothy Dorsey artwork, by the way.
There’s gonna be a Dig Dug reunion at Vinyl Junkie on Sunday. To see one of Houston’s late-90’s punk acts resurrect, be there early. Most Vinyl Junkie shows start around 7:30 pm and are finished by 10:30 or 11 pm. Austin’s Skyscratchers (whom Dig Dug’s John Michael belongs to) and local punks Black Tuesday are also on the bill.
